The Opportunity:


To work as part of the Business Support team, to provide a high quality and efficient full range of administration services to the firm.


Key Responsibilities :


Inputting and updating key information within the firms systemsAssisting with file opening and client onboarding tasksAssisting with client billing and related admin tasksAssisting with matter closures and archiving of electronic recordsRaising and tracking purchase orders in line with set processesTracking supplier invoices for approval and checking these against purchase ordersDisbursement and invoice processingLiaising with internal clients to manage deadlines and any subsequent queries related to tasks the team carry outCoordination of appointment bookings with both internal and external partiesAny other duties commensurate with the post

We have hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leicester, London, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. This role will be predominantly home based with travel as required into Birmingham or one of our other West Midlands hubs


Our standard office hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Due to the nature of this role candidates will need to be flexible in terms of working hours; in addition to our standard hours cover will be required during evenings and weekends.
