As Waiter, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the team in the organisation of service in The Dining Room in the heart of Chewton Glen.

Waiter - About You

1 year experience in working in simliar role is required Fine dining background is desirable Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Responsibilities of the Waiter

Provide an outstanding, professional level of service to guests Show integrity through your menu knowledge to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests Take pride in preparing the restaurant setup for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service Take and serve orders and provide any nutritional or allergen information requested Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all areas are well kept and ready for guests Ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods and any discounts given
