Deputy General Manager - Busy Country Dining Pub

Our client is recruiting a Deputy General Manager fof their busy dining pub near to Lymington in Hampshire. This is an opportunity to develop your career and is a role suitable for someone with a management experience in a busy operation. The Pub is popular all year round and you will work the restaurant floor along with the bar and checking in guests with room bookings.

The Role - Deputy Manager

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, bar and rooms
  • Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
  • Training and development of junior staff members
  • Managing the restaurant & bar

The Person - Deputy Manager

  • Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
  • Stable work history showing progression
  • Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Training experience an advantage
  • Experience of Rooms
