The Role

As part of our Culinary Department, you'll be joining as our Senior Sous Chef, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.

Who you are
Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field

Salary - 40,000 + Variable service charge
