We are committed to staff development including leadership opportunities. We provide personalised programmes to all teachers, and we close early to students every second Friday to support professional learning. We take pride in supporting colleagues' well-being. We need someone with strong leadership skills, with a record in the development of teaching, learning and assessment. You will demonstrate a commitment to children, their development in the curriculum area and more widely across the school in terms of enrichment and personal development. You will need to work strategically, understand how to improve outcomes and develop a curriculum. This is an important role in the school and as such is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make significant contribution to the curriculum area. The applicant must be able to teach high quality lessons in their own specialism.
