Description
- Lead and manage audit engagements to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive learning environment
- Review and analyse financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Contribute to the development of audit processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management
- Participate in the firm's continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
- 2 years' post qualification experience within a multi-partner firm
- At least 40% audit exposure in previous role
- Strong technical skills in auditing and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
