We are seeking a highly skilled Product Procurement Manager to oversee and negotiate the procurement of products worldwide. This role is crucial in protecting core offerings while expanding a sustainable portfolio to drive business growth. You will create and maintain strong contractual relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive and exclusive rate agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage briefing and contracting timelines with product teams, aligning expectations around deadlines and budgets.
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, negotiating industry-leading rates and unique products.
- Develop plans to research and secure new supplier opportunities while strengthening existing agreements.
- Monitor statistics and initiate strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure that contracted products are operationally viable and deliver an excellent customer

- Proactively manage financial risks and ensure timely stock management with suppliers.
- Analyse sales, rates, and competitor data to inform negotiation strategies.
- Review customer feedback and improve products and services in collaboration with the product and service teams.
- Manage any customer complaint escalations and drive compensation recovery from suppliers.
- Support the Up-Sell Strategy by ensuring a robust contracting plan.
- Maintain strong departmental processes for contract management, risk review, and deadline adherence.

Experience in contracting, negotiating, and maintaining supplier partnerships.

Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong numerical ability.

Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel internationally as required
