About the RoleThe IT Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and negotiating IT-specific contracts across various levels of complexity. You will work closely with procurement and business stakeholders to create and provide tools, templates, playbooks, advice, and counsel to support efficient and compliant contracting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and negotiate IT-specific contracts, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery that manages business, legal, and compliance risks.
- Partner with procurement and business stakeholders to create and provide tools, templates, playbooks, advice, and counsel to support contracting needs.
- Work closely with other team members to gather feedback and input to meet reporting requirements and continuously develop, validate, enhance, and deploy services, tools, templates, playbooks, processes, and service levels.
- University degree in business or law, with 7+ years of relevant procurement or contract management experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical contracting organization.
- Proven experience with managing and negotiating IT-specific contracts, understanding and ability to work with tax, insurance, import/export, safety & health, and compliance matters.
- Business-level fluency in English.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic global environment, leveraging your contract drafting and negotiation skills and general understanding of applicable laws, policies, and regulations to deliver procurement contract management and advisory activities. You will also have opportunities to learn new contracting areas and continue to expand your expertise.
