    • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to building services.
    • Approve invoices and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure all services comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
    • Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect occupants and service providers.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Liaise with building occupants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction.
    • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by occupants or service providers.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, in a commercial building environment.
    • Proven track record of managing building services contracts and service providers.

  • Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
