Job Description:
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the team at Alibi Games. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant start-up environment, where creativity and passion for indie games are at the forefront of everything we do.
As a Product Marketing Manager, working closely with the rest of the Alibi team, you will play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies across our slate of upcoming releases. In the role, you will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including creator/press management, community campaigns and management of social channels. This position is ideal for someone who’s looking to broaden their skills within indie game marketing, work as part of a small collaborative team, and is eager to contribute their own ideas to release campaigns.

Location:
This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate would need to be based in the UK and be available to work from our Chiswick (London, UK) office at least once a week.
Responsibilities:
- Building and executing key social, creator and community marketing campaigns
- Managing relationships with key content creators, press and other stakeholders across different platforms and markets
- Working with internal and external teams to generate and distribute marketing materials
- Managing product and brand social channels
- Defining and managing presence in online and physical showcases
- Create marketing content e.g. blog posts, video updates, promotional images
Requirements:
- 2+ years previous experience in marketing within the video game industry
- Understanding of major platforms for gaming communities, including Steam Forums, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and similar
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage several projects or initiatives at once
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make creative decisions based on data-driven research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Abilityto work effectively in a small team while making independent decisions within a supportive environment.
- Passion for and knowledge of the indie gaming space and platforms
Desirables:
- Has previously led on successful marketing campaigns, from ideation through to execution for an indie Publisher or Developer
- Degree-level education or equivalent in marketing, business, games or another relevant field
- Fluency in 1 or more additional languages is a plus but not essential.
