Our excellent, growing client in Ross on Wye is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join them full time, on an initial ongoing temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
This is an exciting time to join the company as they are growing rapidly, and offer lots of further development for their staff.
Working alongside multiple departments across the company to provide financial and administrative support. You will be responsible for tracking all payments and maintaining records to ensure accurate reconciliation of expenditures, invoices and payments.
Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation (monthly)
- Preparation of payment summaries
- Processing BACS payments
- Resolving any relevant invoice queries by liaising with wider company departments and external suppliers
Key Experience
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
- Proactive team player
Hours: Monday Friday, flexible starting times- your choice of the following: 8am - 4:30pm / 8:30am 5pm / 9am 5:30pm
Salary:
Up to £29,000 per annum + package including:
- 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
