The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Social Care team, focused on candidate-centric recruitment into temporary and permanent placements.

What can I expect day to day?
As a Recruiter, you will work alongside a Key Account Manager (Business Development) working as a team to develop and grow your market. Being candidate focused you will have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:
Sales writingScreening, interviewing and shortlisting candidatesMatching the best candidates to the best jobsBuilding relationships with existing clientsGathering compliance and rights to workHere at Hays, you really can influence your own earning potential, by getting out what you put in.
