Job Description
This is a proactive recruiting role operating within an in house recruitment function for a global business that is expanding rapidly. The position offers a tremendous opportunity to learn in a world class environment and play a key part in the success of fun and ambitious team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAY TO DAY?
- Use proven templates and develop your own outreach through LinkedIn Navigator to engage with defined personas
- Move warm, central marketing derived leads through the sales funnel using marketing collateral
- Engage CEOs and MDs in engaging conversations over the phone, F2F and over video calls
- Drive qualified attendees to exploration events
- Use CRM to maintain sales pipeline
- Create pipelines and forecasts that meet and exceed targets.
- Implement and execute our recruitment process across multi-channels within the field.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate selling efforts and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing and events teams in the UK & internationally to deliver outstanding candidate experience
THE REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years experience in recruitment or consultative, multi channel selling to C suite level
- Good level of credibility to partner with and influence senior executives
- User knowledge of CRM
- LinkedIn and MS Office knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high energy and enthusiasm
- Ability and drive to meet sales targets
- Ability to multi-task and “muck in” with the team
- Attention to detail with a strong emphasis in delivering world-class candidate experience
