THE ROLE
The firm is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor 2 - 5 PQE to join a busy team.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day conduct of cases advising on commercial and strategic issues
As part of the role, you will be handling all key areas of litigation, advising on commercial and strategic matters, instructing and liaising with clients, experts and external advisers.
The work will be broad ranging and will include handling; commercial disputes, contested debt disputes, enforcement of Judgements and insolvency procedures
As a key team member there will be an opportunity to participate in business development and marketing activities
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a solid litigation background with some recoveries experience
Applicants will be expected to show a keen interest in business development and marketing activities
The firm offers flexible work arrangements
