Role Accountabilities:

  • Visit active construction sites to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule and documentation.
  • Attend meetings, advise clients on construction progress and cost implications, and support progress status reports.
  • Review and analyse construction claims, providing opinions and reports suitable for dispute resolution.
  • Determine reasonable schedule logic, duration, and constraints through interactive planning sessions with the project team.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining an organized EPC schedule using CPM, resource loading, baselining, coding, and cost.
  • Understanding of construction means and methodology.
