Junior Footwear Designer

The successful candidate will have excellent hand drawing, Illustrator and CAD skills.
Key responsibilities:
Follow design direction and understand and execute clear identity into the designs. Support team from initial concept and research stages through to final product. Create and develop designs and technical drawings to a high standard. Participating in seasonal range reviews of new collections and staying updated on spec and CAD changes. Attend weekly team meetings. Partner with teams to maintain alignment in range plans. Participate in market research to identify new trends. Support the Design team by managing all design admin responsibilities. Some travel involved. The ideal candidate will have previous WW footwear experience, preferable across the activewear category, coupled with feminine handwriting.
