 Join us as a Business Sales Performance Manager

  • This key role will see you providing commercial and financial expertise to influence business decisions and leading activity that creates value for the bank
  • We’ll look to you to provide expert advice across budgeting, forecasting, strategy reviews, performance evaluation, and performance monitoring drawing out actionable insight. You’ll be  using data to shape effective strategies to enhance performance
  • You can expect great exposure as you build strong relationships and work closely with key stakeholders across the business

 What you'll do

As a Business Sales Performance Manager you’ll be working with customers and business partners and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise sales performance giving insightful analysis and interpretation of data.

 We’ll also look to you to develop and manage business cases to define current constraints and help develop solutions and options, while building alternative scenarios and challenging data to make sure that robust solutions are developed.

 You’ll also be:

  • Creating business forecasts working with business partners to align with business’ aspirations through sales planning phase and targeting setting and provide ongoing revised future predicted projections
  • Leveraging data on addressable market and sales performance to optimise sales capability and inform go-to-market strategy
  • Work with Take Payments and NatWest data teams to source and analyse relevant data to generate actionable insights for sales leadership team
  • Delivery weekly KPI/profitability reports to internal & external stakeholders providing actionable insights, areas of improvement working with sales leadership to implement change
  • Collating, reviewing and challenging individual business returns to provide insightful communications and presentations for senior colleagues
  • Working closely with the Telephony Operations Manager to analyse data and provide insights which will drive efficiencies across out front line teams

 The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a qualified accountant with technical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and modelling. You’ll demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of working both on your own initiative and as part of a team.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in the financial services payment industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent people management skills experience working with multiple business initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build and influence relationships
  • The ability to manage your workload and deliver through other team members
  • Significant experience in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Specialist knowledge in data management to support analytics
