Description

The Conveyancing Lawyer will:

  • Independently manage new-build property portfolios from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting necessary legal documents, and proactively managing transactions to meet client expectations.
  • This position demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Profile

A successful Conveyancing Lawyer should have:

  • Proven experience managing new-build property cases, including investor purchases and portfolio mortgages.
  • Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, CILEX, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ProClaim Case management system is desirable.
