What are we looking for?

  • Shopper Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Activity Management or Category experience with ability to understand and translate brand strategies/plans into retailer strategies/plans which are embedded in shopper insight and are mutually beneficial for Mars, Retailer and Shopper

  • Customer facing experience demonstrating ability to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome objections, face into difficult conversations, lead complex negotiations,  build strong networks & relationships

  • Must demonstrate ability to stand alone, deal with ambiguity, good organisational agility & stakeholder  management

  • Strong analytical skills, being able to turn data into insight

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • The role is responsible for building and developing the shopper marketing capability to deliver best in class instore and online activations.

  • Ownership of the rolling 18 month shopper marketing (instore & online) activation plan, management of account/channel budgets, comprehensive post campaign analysis and delivery of brand & account KPIs including brand penetration, market share, RSV, NSV, GMAC uplifts & ROI.

  • The role will also require a high degree of internal collaboration across Regional Marketing, Sales, Finance, Category & Commercial Strategy teams as well with creative agencies.

  • The role will also be externally facing with commercial teams.
