There is an exciting opportunity available to manage InspireAll's Park Events and 96 Shenley Road Community Centre. Building on a successful programme of community events, this rewarding post is ideal for someone with flair and a passion for making people smile. Combining the role with managing a modern community centre provides a broad range of opportunities and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

To plan, organise and deliver a range of activities in Hertsmere's parks; including outdoor films, music events and fun-days.To work with Hertsmere Borough Council, parish councils and other partners to coordinate events across the borough, increasing outdoor participation.To develop commercial opportunities to ensure sustainability.To manage 96 Shenley Road Community Centre, including managing the small team, working with building partners and the client council.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in organising events or community activities.Good communication abilities, in person and in writing.The ability to manage a team of staff.Some technical background would be an advantage.Full UK driving licence.
