Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Management Accountant, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, with the right support, training and development around. You will be instrumental in providing accurate financial insights, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing the overall financial performance of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone part qualified in ACCA or CIMA and looking for a role where you can develop your skill set further in a great working environment whilst adding value and putting your month end skill set to good use.
Assisting in the production of management accounts on a monthly / quarterly basisMonth end reportingAccruals, Prepayments and Journal entriesBalance sheet reconciliationsVAT returnsManaging cash flow forecasting aCommunicate to relevant stakeholders effectivelyWeekly KPI reportingIdentify and drive financial efficiency improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Not essential)Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.Proven experience as an Assistant Management Accountant or similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
