We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Finance team, where you will play a critical role in providing day-to-day support to the management accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and presentation of management accounts with supporting commentary and analysis
- Ownership of Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliations
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and regulatory returns
- Preparing financial analysis to support management decision making
- Collaborative cross-departmental working to inform the accuracy of accounting entries and provide business partnering
- Supporting ongoing development of internal systems and processes to become best in class
- Supporting annual audit process
- Providing reporting as required to support annual budgets and reforecasts
- Ad hoc analysis and business partnering as required
- Level 7 Equivalent accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), minimum of part qualified or finalist
- Strong Analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Strong IT and MS Office skills
- Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout
