The role involves managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate data processing, and supporting client relationships while safeguarding the company's financial integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or operations, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. This position offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment while driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

. Effectively look after and manage a portfolio of clients with multiple debtors.

. Save down remittances from clients for allocation of cash receipts to debtor accounts.

. Regularly review and manage the suspense accounts for your clients, resolving unallocated receipts.

. deal with any discrepancies or issues with debtor invoices with the help of the client management team.

. perform daily sales ledger notes to keep track of debtor accounts.

. Call debtors daily to verify invoices, get payments dates and remittances for payments due.

. Manage a credit control spreadsheet to access risk level and level of verification with clients.

. Escalate issues to senior management promptly.
