This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts manager with experience working on residential refurbishment projects where you will have the opportunity to join a reputable property refurbishment contractor assisting in the growth and retention of an excellent client-base.

This company specialise in internal and external refurbishments of predominantly residential and some commercial projects valuing up to 2M. Established over a decade they have build a reputation for high quality residential developments with prestigious clientele. This ambitious company have a clear focus on organic growth by ensuring projects are delivered to the best quality and therefore maintaining a exceptional reputation as well as working on higher value projects. Due to this they are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager, with good Commercial and Technical experience to join their close knit team.

On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join a reputable high quality contractor in an autonomous role with a growing company where you will play a key part in the company's success whilst being rewarded with an exceptional salary and benefits package.

Reporting to the Contracts Director you will manage up to 5 projects at any given time based in and around Central North. You will be responsible for overseeing contracts once they've been won liaising with Clients to understand requirements and organising construction phased plans alongside the Quantity Surveyors. You will ensure sites are in line with health and safety and quality standards . You will ensure projects are being delivered on time to budget keeping clients informed of progress. Ultimately you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of high quality refurbishments within time and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Contracts Management within the Residential refurbishment sector working in central london. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor, where you can become an expert, build a team and progress your career.

The role:

  • Contracts Manager
  • Creating Construction phased plans
  • Working alongside Commercial staff to identify variations and manage the process
  • Ensuring sites are delivered on time, to budget and to quality standards
  • Conducting regular site visits and audits
  • Being the clients main point of contact providing regular progress reports


The person:

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role
  • Experience in Refurbishment projects
  • Good Construction knowledge
  • Good communication and written skills
