We are recruiting for an experienced Requirements Manager with a Systems engineering background to support a large infrastructure programme based in Scotland.

The Requirements Manager plays a pivotal role in requirements development projects by identifying, documenting, and managing the functional and non-functional requirements of a system or application. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements based on their criticality, feasibility, and impact on project goals, helping to manage scope and expectations.

  • Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, design, development, and testing phases, ensuring that each requirement is met and verified during the project lifecycle.

  • Manage changes to requirements throughout the project, ensuring proper impact assessment, communication, and documentation of changes to stakeholders.
