What you'll do

We're looking for a motivational leader to join the Customer Engagement Team (CET) as a CRM Communications Delivery Manager This is a fantastic opportunity to guide a hardworking and developing team as they strive to put our customers first with engaging and efficient communications.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and delivering an engagement led CRM Commâs Delivery strategy for the Bet, Free to Play and Gaming teams.

  • Working with senior members of CETâs content and social teams to ensure our comms strike a balance between driving direct response and generating engagement.

  • Ensuring efficient delivery of comms (across all platforms) in line with this strategy through effective line management of the Delivery team.

  • Having a keen focus on the development of the people with the CRM Commâs team, ensuring consistently high morale and NPS scores.

  • Seeing opportunities to build and implement new and innovative CRM solutions with test and learn plans.

How you'll do it

  • Highly knowledgeable about customer facing marketing.

  • Collaborative leader who enjoys cross-functional work to deliver solutions that deliver on conflicting objectives.

  • Comfortable getting into the detail but able to communicate to senior partners.

  • Able to structure customer first solutions in a sophisticated and evolving organisational environment.

  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Energetic teammate who can work with multiple teams in a collaborative manner.

  • Able to manage and develop a team to become world-class marketers.

  • Understanding of CRM delivery systems and associated technical constraints.
