The Role: Be a Key Part of Our Growth
We’re looking for a proactive Cabin Fleet Administrator to support our expanding Cabin Fleet Department, which manages a fleet of over 35,000 assets. Based in our Wickford head office, you’ll play an integral role in the smooth operation of our rapidly growing business, helping us maintain our position at the forefront of the industry.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Raise purchase orders and allocate fleet numbers for new stock via our CRM system.
Process invoices for fleet purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt.
Verify and authorise asset sales and disposals.
Load new assets onto the system, including associated transport costs.
For fleet sales on payment-in-advance terms, ensure payment is received prior to the unit’s release.
Conduct physical stocktakes across Wernick locations and prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
Assist with running monthly depreciation for fleet assets and reconciliation for group companies.
Maintain reports on fleet insurance, value updates, and outstanding inter-depot transfers.Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an individual with a positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience in the portable accommodation or modular building industry, as well strong administration ability.

Stock control or accounts payable experience would also be a distinct advantage.

Essential Criteria

Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to converse with all levels of seniority.
Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to approximately 10 locations a year for stocktakes.
Ability to learn our CRM system MCS-RM (if you have used it already, this is a distinct advantage)If you are a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the desire to contribute to the continued success of Wernick Group, we want to hear from you.
