Restaurant Shift Manager - Watford, Hertfordshire

Aramark UK is expanding its team and is looking to hire an experienced Shift Manager to join the team running the restaurants and cafes on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP.

You will be part of a very talented and close-knit team in a role that will allow you to gain brilliant exposure and develop. Come and join us on site at the world-famous Harry Potter Studio Tour.

A day in the life of a Shift Manager:

Continually driving customer service standards, resolving issues before they arrive Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events Be able to lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve our targets Be organised and able to prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders to support you run a successful shift Be confident in decision making, giving feedback and a performance management Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the same capacity High level of energy, positivity and resilience coupled with working at pace and high volume. Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive. Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2
