What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Assistant, you'll be working within the South West Water commercial team, assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the management of costs on schemes and facilitate payments to the supply chain.

Your day to day will include:

  • Maintaining records of labour and plant resources on various schemes (site based activity)
  • Keeping goods receipting up to date and deal with invoice queries
  • Prepare cost reports to supportthe Senior QS
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure correct orders are in place/ maintained

What are we looking for?

This role of Commercial Assistant is great for you if you hold:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Full driving licence
