The role
The Admissions team, in close collaboration with the Marketing and Student Recruitment teams, provides a vital service to support the University in meeting its recruitment targets across all Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. With increasing competition to convert students, it is crucial that the team deliver an efficient, fair, proactive and customer focused service both to applicants and internal stakeholders.
The Admissions Manager (Partnerships) is responsible for the operational management of the admissions aspects of the university’s key strategic recruitment partnerships. This includes managing the admissions aspects of strategic recruitment partnerships and franchise providers delivering Ravensbourne degrees at their campuses, supporting a positive applicant experience.
The Admissions Manager will support the Head of Admissions in the development of admissions process, procedure and policy, and has responsibility for the operational delivery of the work of the Admissions team.
The candidate
This role is a key position within the University and will be expected maintain successful operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments in order to support the delivery of the team’s objectives, as well as provide excellent line management support to Admissions Officers.
