The firm seeks a seasoned Accounting & Business Advisory AM to enhance its service delivery. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering the strategic direction of client accounts, providing expert advice, and maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering tailored accounting solutions and business advice.
  • Supervise financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Drive the development and implementation of effective business strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
    • Proven experience in accounting and business advisory within a practice environment
    • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
