The successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering the strategic direction of client accounts, providing expert advice, and maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering tailored accounting solutions and business advice. Supervise financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Drive the development and implementation of effective business strategies. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise service delivery and client satisfaction.
