Salary: Actual starting salary is £20,281 per annum (Grade 3 Points 5-6 pro rata)
Contract type: Permanent for 39 weeks per year (38 weeks term time and 5 inset/training days).
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon – Fri - 30min lunch) (Flexible hours can be discussed).
Responsible to: Office Manager
The role will be to provide First Aid support in case of accidents and emergencies and to provide efficient communication and support for the office team. This also entails working closely with students and their parents/carers, teachers, other staff and supporting agencies and schools/colleges to enhance inclusive practices to meet the needs of individual students.
Fullhurst Community College is an over-subscribed and multi-award-winning secondary school for 11-16-year-olds based across two impressive campuses in Braunstone, Leicestershire. Our school is dedicated to our local community, and we passionately believe in transforming the lives of young people from one of the most deprived communities in the UK by ensuring that every student has the very best life chances made available to them.
