Claims Team Lead

Job Details
  1. Setting and managing colleagues' annual and monthly objectives, ensuring each colleague receives a monthly 121 to address performance and offer support.
  2. Ensuring that annual PDRs (performance development reviews) are conducted within timeframes expected by the business.
  3. Supporting colleagues with monthly coaching and development plans and delivering effective monthly team meetings.
