The role:
Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Public Law & Governance Associate/Senior Associate 6+ years PQE to join their high-performing advisory team in Bristol.
This team works at the forefront of public law matters and their challenges, as well as undertaking a range of important governance and advisory work. They do a lot of work for NHS commissioners and providers, as well as Local Authorities and social care providers.
They are looking to welcome an experienced lawyer who will have access to a broad diet of work advising clients on commissioning responsibilities, partnerships, powers, duties, decision-making/governance and more.
Whilst the role is advisory in nature generally speaking, there is an opportunity to get involved with some contractual work as well including Section 75 partnership agreements and primary care contracting.
