Salary: £24,710 plus commission and excellent benefits

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours, 5 days per week in store

Shifts: Monday to Sunday - 09:00 to 20:00

Location: Cheltenham

Day to day

Establish trust by using your personality and inspiring our guests, turning inquiries into bookings to create unforgettable holidays. Drive sales within our award-winning retail team who share your passion and dedication to deliver outstanding results. Look for ways to blow our guests away with our products and build magnificent moments throughout their journey. Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with other teams across the business and third-party suppliers to provide seamless customer experiences.

About you

We're looking for someone with outstanding communication skills - a natural conversation starter with the passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We'd also love to see the following:

Sales experience preferred - but most importantly, we want dedication and confidence in achieving targets through connecting with a variety of guests and closing sales effectively. Experience in customer service roles that allows you to wow our guests and leave a lasting impression to build a repeat customer base. Versatility to overcome challenges in a constantly evolving environment - no two days are ever the same. Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with customer demand. This will include evenings and weekends.
