Due to he expansion of this food manufacturing business based in Nottingham we are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to work in the fast paced environment.

You will be part of the team responsible for the smooth running of the production equipment on site with a company who's clients are some of the major UK supermarkets.

Working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum and undertaking planned maintenance tasks in line with company requirements.

The role as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
  • Performing Planning Preventative Maintenance tasks
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety Guidelines
  • Working to deadlines
  • Working well within a team.
  • Confident to work alone on breakdowns.
Qualifications and experience needed for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
  • Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualified
  • Either an Electrical or Mechanical bias.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Food Manufacturing or FMCG experience.
Package for you as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
  • Salary of GBP46,900 (combination of basic salary & shift pay)
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6am - 6pm/ 6pm - 6am
  • 24.5 Days holiday.
  • Pension Employer contributions 3%
