EYFS/KS1 Cover Supervisor Level 3 

Required from September 2024 

37 hours per week term time only plus PD days when required. Scale 4 points 7-11 

Permanent

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and passionate Cover Supervisor to support children in EYFS and Key Stage 1. We are looking for candidates who:

⢠have experience of assisting children in Reception and/or KS1.

⢠have experience of phonics and a good understanding of how early reading is taught.

⢠are committed to high expectations of care, achievement, behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding

⢠have understanding and experience of children with SEND

⢠are passionate about making a difference to our childrenâs future.

⢠are creative, flexible and passionate about helping children learn.

⢠demonstrate a positive approach to challenge and change.

⢠will be an active part of our enthusiastic and dedicated team.

⢠can build good working relationships with parents/carers.

⢠can provide support 1:1, with small groups and within a classroom setting, including providing intimate care.

⢠maintain confidentiality at all times and observe GDPR Guidelines
