Faculty / Directorate

The Directorate offers full-service marketing and communications support to the university, comprising brand and creative development; design and print services; corporate and student recruitment marketing

campaigns; CRM and conversion campaigns; faculty marketing and recruitment; reputation management; media relations and public affairs; internal and external communications engagement; events; admissions, schools and colleges engagement; widening participation; enquiry management and follow up; web and digital development and market insight.

Role

DMU is looking for a skilled data specialist for the role of Data Quality and Training Manager within our newly created Future Students division. The role is responsible for the management of all enquirer and applicant data and will lead a team of four staff to deliver an enhanced data management and reporting function.

Using detailed business-specific knowledge, the Data Quality and Training Manager will ensure that data are used effectively to understand recruitment trends, develop efficient processes and systems to enhance data quality, and support the wider Future Students division in delivering a first-class enquirer and applicant experience.

Ideal Candidate

As the ideal candidate, you'll have strong leadership skills to manage our dedicated team effectively. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our data management and reporting services, contributing to strategic direction and collaborating with key stakeholders to meet objectives.

With your expertise in business improvement and systems development, you'll help shape our operational procedures and ensure data quality across all recruitment processes. Your ability to engage stakeholders and provide expert advice will be essential in driving our admissions activities forward.
