Branch Merchandising Lead – Full Price

At Superdry you will be able to make your mark in an evolving business and be part of our developing story. Ideally, youu2019d have experience in a similar role leading on branch merchandising or perhaps you currently work within core merchandising and have branch experience for a new challenge.
You will lead your team to execute the branch plan for our full price estate, maximising sales yet ensuring relevant stock levels. Youu2019ll work closely with the core merchandising team to ensure the product strategy is executed in branches.
Working collaboratively with our Retail teams to proactively manage branches, facilitate store openings and closures, season switch overs and carry out analysis to continuously improve stock allocation.
Main responsibilities
Work collaboratively to set the strategy for allocating to branches Analyse sales performance to identify trend, demand patterns and opportunity to maximise sales opportunities by channel. Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams across all channels to focus on understanding the consumer and to best service their needs. Collaborate on Space Planning to ensure that branch linear is maximised Manage price changes for the full price estate, providing timely and accurate updates Drive improved performance and customer experience through exceptional stock management. Deliver a motivational, empowering coaching style to inspire your teams. Be highly agile, redefining goals and adapting strategies for your teams in light of trading knowledge and evolving business strategy. Ideal candidate
An experienced branch merchandiser or core merchandiser looking for a new challenge Familiar with stores across UK, mainland Europe and ideally USA Articulate and credible, with excellent communication skills Highly numerate and analytical, competent working with large volumes of data Extremely well organised with a keen eye for detail Self-motivated and capable of working on multiple projects with strict deadlines An advanced user of MS Office suite, in particular Excel Happy to travel to our head office in Cheltenham 3-4 days a week Package description
