ABOUTTHE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse at aBarchester care home, youll look after the physical, psychologicaland social needs of our residents to help us deliver the qualitycare they deserve.

Well look to you to create asafe and supportive environment for residents with range ofphysical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professionaljudgement to make critical clinical decisions. You can expect awide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plansto providing medicine safely and delivering excellence acrosseverything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), youll have theautonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued andrespected for what you do.

ABOUTYOU
Youll need to have current NMCregistration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinicalpractices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience ofproducing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessmentsis important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks,including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicatedand compassionate, youll pride yourself on your person-centred,thoughtful approach to nursing.
