An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dynamic Nurse to join the amazing team at Dee View Court, Neurological Care Centre, Aberdeen. All levels considered.

Following a successful expansion, Dee View Court, Scotland's only purpose built Neurological Care Centre is looking to increase its staffing levels and offer career development and progression opportunities for dedicated Nurses of all levels looking to be truly valued in this specialist field.

About us:
Sue Ryder Neurological Care Centre Dee View Court is a specialist neurological care centre based in Kincorth, Aberdeen, caring for people aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions. At Dee View Court, we provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence and support their emotional and social needs.

About the role:
•This post will report directly to the Senior Nurse/Team Leader
•In the absence of a Senior Nurse/Team Leader, the post holder will take charge of the shift, planning and allocating responsibilities as appropriate
•The staff nurse will work collaboratively with the nursing team and the wider multi-disciplinary team in order to provide an integrated, proactive and high quality service

About you:
•Registered Nurse
•Willingness to undertake post registration training.
•An ability to demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development
•Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector
•Willingness to complete NMC recognised mentorship training

You will need:
• To be an NMC registered nurse
• Ideally have post-registration experience in specialist neurological or residential care with an appropriate diploma level qualification.
• A compassionate and people-centred approach
• Excellent communication skills

Enhancements:
* £3,000 Welcome bonus paid: £1.5k in first months' pay and £1.5k after successful completion of 6 month probation period.*
8.00 pm to 6.00am (nights) 30%
Friday midnight to Sunday midnight (weekends) 30%
Public Holidays 24 hours midnight to midnight 60%

Membership of PVG scheme is a requirement.
