We are LUNA PR - an award-winning, global PR and Communications agency, focused on web3 and emerging tech clients headquartered in Dubai. We are looking for a PR Account Director who is open to relocating to Dubai for this role. As an Account Director you will be responsible for managing and overseeing up to 10 client accounts at a time, leading the PR team, driving BD, training and providing team leadership. Responsibilities :
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and account executives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing strategic PR plans to achieve their goals within the web3 and emerging tech space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, media contacts, industry influencers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify PR opportunities, develop compelling narratives, and create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations within the web3 space, leveraging insights to inform PR strategies and drive results for clients.
  • Oversee client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive new business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new clients within the web3 and emerging tech sectors.
  • Represent Luna PR at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and reputation within the PR and technology communities.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of PR agency experience, with a focus on web3 and emerging technology clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and client relationships, delivering measurable results and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in media relations, with established relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a curiosity for emerging technologies and trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
