The Role
Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager/Supervisor, you will:
To set up function rooms as instructed by management and the event’s function sheet Ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences for our customers, through attention to detail and a friendly and professional service Ensure a high quality mise-en-place, including polishing of silverware glassware etc Attend briefings and meetings as required Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Licensing regulations. Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations. Assist with opening and closing down of all food and beverage areas, ensuring areas are ready for service, and are cleaned down, at the end of each shift. Carry out duties in all F&B areas, including Restaurant, Bar, and Member's Louge when required

What we’re looking for:
To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
Previous experience in Conference & Banqueting, with an understanding of seating and table plans Relevant experience in bar work is desirable Excellent communication skills with a passion for both food and guest service A methodical approach to work and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude Excellent customer service skills with a flexible approach to duties Smart standards of personal presentation
