The Anchor has two internal areas with wooden flooring running throughout and a lovely external area that wraps from the front to one side. The focal point of the Anchor is a horse shoe-shaped bar surrounded, and the whole pub will benefit from an Investment as it is moving to the Craft Union Operator Led Model.

The Anchor is located between Wandsworth Bridge and Battersea Bridge, occupying a prime position in a residential area. A Travelodge stands opposite the pub and London's busiest station, Clapham Junction mainline train station is just half a mile away. This curb side pub attracts a large amount of local residents due to its strong commuting links.

Craft Union are looking for an experienced Operator with a proven track record of offering a varied wet-led offer that would suit this site. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of building sales in a community pub, returning sales on our investment into Sports and weekly entertainment. Someone who can build relationships with local sports clubs and Charities.

Two-bedroomed flat arranged spaciously with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom The accommodation will benefit from being including in our planned Investment. It will be unfurnished, but a cooker and blinds to front and side elevation will be fitted

The Anchor is a traditional community-based pub, with a brilliant opportunity to capture the attention of the local residents. With fantastic accessibility within the surrounding areas, customers can come from far and wide with ease. Offering a good-sized private accommodation, outside terrace and internal courtyard. Experienced Operators with a proven track record of offering a varied wet-led offer are required.
