NXTGEN are pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with a very reputable business based in Kings Lynn who are seeking an Accounts Assistant/ Payroller to join the business. This company has recently gone through some very exciting changes and increased its workload due to continued growth. As a result of this the finance department in the company are looking to bring in some additional support. You will work very closely with the Finance Manager and be responsible for all things purchase and sales ledger focused as well as being in charge of the company payroll.

This role will offer a huge amount of variety keeping each day interesting.

The business has a fantastic company culture and will be willing to see people who are looking at either full or part time hours with a minimum of 30 hours. This must be over 5 days a week due to business requirements

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation's
- Journals, Accruals, Prepayments
- Cash Flow
- Fixed Assets
- Responsibility for P11d/P45/P60 production
- Administer the Company Pension scheme and auto enrollment pension scheme.
- Manage any client employee queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhoc administrative duties
- Other tasks performed within the Finance team as and when required
