This vocational college is renowned for their emphasis on work-based learning, where driven and motivated students gain vital qualifications and experience to move into successful careers in their respective industries. The electrical department is undergoing an exciting period of growth, with an influx of students looking to train in their newly built facilities and large investments being made in equipment.
In this role you will train and assess Electrical Apprentices in line with set criteria, supporting them through their apprenticeship programmes and monitoring their progression.
The ideal candidate will have either an Assessor qualification or desire to obtain one and will have a strong background in Electrical, with a level 3 qualification.
This is a brilliant role for a qualified electrician to move into a role where you will benefit from a better work life balance, receive excellent training and make a real difference to young people's lives.
The role:
*Training, Assessing and Monitoring Level 2 and 3 Electrical Apprentices.
*Monday to Friday
*37 hours per week.
*Based in Epsom.
The Person:
*Have knowledge and experience of the Electrical industry.
*A Qualified Electrician to a recognised qualification at Level 3.
* Have an Assessor Award qualification or equivalent (or desire to obtain).
*Live a commutable distance from Epsom.
*Have great communication skills and enthusiasm.
