Evaluated as *GOOD* by Ofsted within the last 6 months, this college is noted for a highly effective leadership team who are able to support their staff well.
Staff well-being is carefully managed with workload being identified as a key factor in this. **The Opportunity**
- Planning and delivering high quality teaching and learning experiences for students in a further education setting, for City and Guilds Level 2 - 3 courses.
- Provide relevant and up to date knowledge and skills for the electrical sector.
- Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to develop and share resources.
- Direct and collaborate with workshop technicians to create safe and effective learning spaces.
- Provide evening lectures if desired.

**Who Should Apply?**
- You should also hold a Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- You may also have a teaching qualification (Diploma in Education and Training) - or be willing to work towards this.
