Description
- Working closely with the Finance Heads of Service and Project Workstream leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
- To perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries
- To ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
- To support the creation and delivery of processes, policies and procedures.
- To provide general administrative support to Director of Finance as requested
- Co-ordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information within set time frames
- Monitor and control core project and programme governance.
- You will deliver project reporting covering overall status, risks, issues and mitigation plan as well as highlighting benefits once they are realised.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboard, plans, and reports
