Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving and supporting the rollout of processes and tools across various markets. The position involves a diverse range of activities, distinct areas of responsibility, and requires active participation in the overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with market teams to understand their needs and identify gaps, then develop plans to address these gaps and ensure alignment.
- Support changes in demand planning, finance, and processes to ensure accurate data is available for system functionality.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to gather comprehensive training materials.
- Lead training sessions on all aspects of the system and related processes.
- Perform testing and reconciliation exercises to support market readiness and ensure system functionality.
- Guide teams through local testing against established scripts, ensuring issues are logged and addressed.
- Support the go-live period in market, being visible and engaging with the users to identify and fix any issues.
- Work with the experts in the market and vendors to ensure delivery is in line with scope and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar implementation role within an international context.
- Familiarity with industry-specific systems and tools.
